Last Tuesday September 29th and ThursdayOctober 1st mornings, our third partner meeting took place online, as all our previous meetings since March. The meetings were full of discussions and insights on the work done so far and on the next steps in the upcoming months.
On Tuesday, we started with an exchange on the current situation in each country and in each organization, sharing our feelings and expectations with regard to the work situation. We recapped all the steps achieved since last project virtual meeting in April, including dissemination and administration tasks and internal reporting. After, we discussed on the First Intellectual Output, with a focus on the case study and the expert interviews, which each partner should conduct in order to collect feedback regarding the draft competence matrix and the overall approach used in Bridging Barriers project.
On Thursday, after a short report of the first day of the meeting, we discussed on the Second Intellectual Output, aiming to the development a curriculum for a competence-based course for basic trainers, and we divided the work among all partners. Then, we moved on to the third Intellectual Output, in order to give an overview to all partners on the proposed content for the Handbook. The Handbook will support adult education organisations in reorganising the professional development of their teachers.
The virtual meeting ended with an overview on the work plan regarding both all the Intellectual Output and the administration and dissemination tasks. At the end of the session, we collected feedbacks from the participants. Thanks to online communication tools, we can continue to see each other, and work together.
